If/Else Automation for Jira

I am trying to create sub-tasks using the IF/Else Block but having issues with the Else not executing the task. The custom field can have 3 values(multiple check box)

My current flow should be:

IF custom field contains value = X

THEN create sub-task

Else if custom field contains value = Y

THEN create sub-task

 

When creating a test ticket, it only creates the sub-task for value X and not for value Y when both are selected during creation. Below is a screenshot of my automation rules, please advise.

It is an expected behavior. Because if the first "If condition" matches, it won't check the "Else-if condition".

In order to create two subtask for both X and Y value, please add a new "If condition" instead of "Else-if condition". It is possible to add two if condition in same automation.
