How do I add an existing Initiative to a Roadmap (using the Improved Interface)

Hello, we are trialing the JIRA Premium and setting up the Advanced Roadmaps using the Improved Interface.  I created a Roadmap and added the existing initiatives.  I now have added more initiatives and want to add them to my roadmap.  I only see an option to Create Issue.  The documentation says there is an Add Issue option but I do not see this anywhere on the screen, under the settings or configuration.

I have the same issue. It makes no sense to use the roadmap feature if I cannot add an existing epic or task from the board. I am not going to go in and recreate all my issues. That would produce 2x the work and 2x the issues. Until this is fixed I might use another tool.
