Add a watcher

Question

Hi,

When I create a new issue, I would like to add some people as watcher.  But, I wasn't be able to do that.  I only can add myself as a watcher.

Can you please tell me how do I change setting so other people can add watcher in the issue?

The bug / feature request linked by Grigory is spot on - just a heads up that the plugin is not available on the OnDemand platform.

You need to have the Manage Watcher permission.
