Create a filter by status from description

Question

Hello.

I'm investigatinng if its possible to create a filter based on status element inside description.

I'm not referring to jira status. Inside description text, you can click on + icon and add something that Jira call status. It's like a tag inside description.

My question is, its possible to create a filter by this elements?

This will be searchable only as text. For example, in your image you could use the following JQL...

project = myproject and comment ~ "filter by this element"

Hi @Sergio Lozano ,

I'm new to this editor macro, but I believe this is intended to be a visual information ( due the field relies on description field which is a multi text and you can add more than one status macro in it)

I would rather recommend you to use labels if you want to do reports and query JQL.
