Need report showing user permissions in JIRA Cloud

hi , I need a report for our Atlassian cloud instance showing all the users, the projects they have access to and the permissions within ? ( it should cover JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence )

Can you let me know how this is possible ( if at all )
