Can I set a default configuration for the Dashboards I create?

I create many dashboards & each time I have to give the right permissions for editors/viewers. Is there a way I can set default permission values for all the dashboards I create?

Not easily. Nothing in Jira, nothing in the REST API. Perhaps a plugin exists? Which means that depends on whether it is Jira Cloud or not
