change log in response of rest api https://mycomp.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/rapid/charts/sprintreport?rapidViewId=1234&sprintId=834gives plain GMT for issues moved to done state but other all timestamps are in user's timezone.
basically I am talking about entries in changes as below
