Map a filed from CSV file to "History" log of a issue in Jira

HI ,I am trying to import a CSV file to my jira 4.2 and there is a  filed "History" which i want to map it to the " History" log of a issue in Jira. Can someone  please help me on this

And please update the labels, it can't be JIRA OnDemand with version 4.2.
