TM4J Excel Export and Import functions - anyone having issues with not working?

As of last Friday, the Excel import function has been disabled, and now the Excel EXPORT function is also not working. I can find no way to report this to SmartBear/TM4J or Adaptavist/TM4J - anyone know whether this Excel function was completely REMOVED? Or a way to report issues with the TM4J plug-in for Jira?

Please direct your TM4J Server/DC queries to tm4j-server-support@smartbear.com or TM4J Cloud queries to tm4j-cloud-support@smartbear.com. You can also visit the general support portal. If you have been raising issues with us before, please check your email inbox for an invite to the new portal.
