Would like to know once a story is unblocked...meaning if there is a 'is blocked by' link once the blocker moves to X status. -- What would be the best way to do this?
Would be curious if anyone knows the solution to this question as I am interested as well.
In JIRA 8.0 Release they included a new JQL function, called issueLinkType. This may help you pull what you need.
