Using 3rd party time tracking app and want to calculate Original Estimate - Time Logged.

How do I activiate Original Estimate for a JIRA issue?

You need to make sure time tracking is enabled (in global admin), then that the field "time tracking" or the original, remaining and time logged fields are on the right screens/cards for your issues.
