Why am I unable to delete a Kanban board?

Whenever I try to delete a Kanban board "Error: Method Not Allowed" is being displayed... Please help me with this...

Can you open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error while you are trying to delete the board?

Is it happening to other users that have the same permissions as you?

Is this still happening or is it resolved? If not resolved, what are the steps you are going through exactly to try to delete the board?

No issue is still unresolved.

We are trying to delete the board by:

- Logging into the Jira account

- Clicking on Boards -> View all Boards

- Clicking on '...' in front of a board and selecting Delete option...
