Hi! I would like to make a space that is visible to only specific clients - product documentation for bespoke elements. What I am currently considering is: * Create a space * Add members of the client's team that need read-access to Confluence * Create a group that would include the aforementioned members While this would probably work, I will possibly have 2 issues down the line: the maintenance of users can become chaotic + license fee can increase due to client. Would there be any other suggestions for this business case (e.g. anonymous perhaps, if there is a way to limit to certain email domains?). Many thanks in advance!

Thank you very much Hernan. Since I am looking to avoid increasing cost, this may not work as number of JIRA users determines pricing...

Right, the app doesn't work either? Since you would be sharing external links customers should not need to be users

Seems the app pricing is based on number of registered users one has in JIRA, so yeah, wouldn't make sense to use unfortunately... "Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product."
