tagged user as smart value is not working in cloud version for Jira Automation

I have created an automation on Jira Cloud. I used the following to create a tagged user in the comments field but that's not working. It doesn't show the user name but just says User when you click on it it gives you invalid user error.

~[{{issue.assignee.DisplayName}}]

I have tried it without DisplayName - same results

Try this for JIRA Cloud

[~accountid:{{assignee.accountId}}]

After the user/privacy changes, the id is the thing you need to link to the user.
