Bit bucket pipelines VS Pipelines for Jeera

Are Bit bucket pipelines and Pipelines for Jeera different? Sounds same to me.

I started with bit bucket pipelines and then saw Pipelines for Jeera and thinking these are pieplines to deploy apps too but on top of it there is Jeera integration. Is my understanding correct?
