How to connect confluence internal ldap groups using c#

I would like make changes confluence internal ldap from my c# application. But I don't have knowledge how to connect internal group and to make changes like add/remove users from group. I can able to make changes for general ldap groups. But, these groups I don't have knowledge what are the things required to connect. Please help me to do this.

If you have the LDAP directory bound to Confluence already then you would make your changes in LDAP, not Confluence. You should look into the System.DirectoryServices namespace.
