Jira not synching

Able to log in but no proejcts, etc., appear; appears to be trying to sync and then barfs and get error/try again message

* When was the last time you used Jira and it was working properly? Any changes made in between?
* Are you still having this issue?
* Is your instance hosted on Atlassian Cloud or AWS?
