Assignee can only change status

Question

I am new to Jira. Need to choose Jira if our requirement got satisfied. I have couple of queries. It will be great if somebody could answer.

How can I restrict that status can move only by the Assignee?

How to make dependencies with Task(Should be inserted from Excel)

Only Dependent task should be completed after Predecessor go first.

Assignee should be able to view only  his/her task

You should be able to restrict that an Assignee can only view his/her task back implementing Issue Level Security. You can see how that works here:

Hi Anish, if you are using Classic and not Next-gen projects then you can use a Condition on any transition that only allow Assignee or a group, etc to perform a transition. However, you can’t prevent a member of a project to view only their issues. permissions are at the project level not issue level.
