set a required system field based on other system field value

I need to set Component/s field required when the system field "Resolution" is fixed

I tried to set a behavior in the project but it didn't work.

I am not sure I get a correct understanding of what you mean with:

need to set Component/s field required when the system field "Resolution" is fixed

However, if you want to set automatically set a field value based on some other field value when a specific event occurs, then you can use project automation:

• Jira Automation
• Automate your Jira Cloud processes and workflows
