Original Estimate field is missing from the screen and even in the fields section

Original Estimate field missing in the field configuration.Could someone confirm was it removed by JIRA team?

In both the projects.

NExt gen Projects we have created only one project and need to estimate the issues.

But in Classic Projects we have been working from long time and even the field exists in the field configuration yesterday as well

This feature is currently not available, add time estimates to the issue will coming in 2020.

Thanks for the response.

I have searched for it the fields. It is not showing in the list of custom fields/default configurations.

Even When I try updating my screen scheme it is not displaying in the dropdown to add the fields.
