How can I automatically end a Sprint, move un-finished issues to next sprint, and start it?

I want to use automation to end a sprint, move any incomplete issues to next sprint, and then start that next sprint.

We do retros the day following sprint end, so I don't want to wait for retros to finish the sprint.
