Jira filter results gadget sorting discrepancy

In Jira cloud, I have a filter with 4 order by criteria. When I use that filter in a filter results gadget on a dashboard, only the first 3 order by criteria are respected (see screenshots).

I found this old post which led me through a couple of links to this bug report. The bug is marked as Fixed. It was resolved at the same moment as the corresponding bug in Jira Server. But from a couple of comments on that bug (and my experience), it does not appear to have been fixed in cloud.

How do I go about getting the bug re-opened?

Hi Jonathon,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I understand that you are seeing an unexpected issue ordering in the filter results gadget.  That bug ticket you linked certainly would seem to be on topic.  However this was resolved so long ago that I'm not sure that re-opening that ticket would be best. 

After testing this for sometime, I was able to recreate this problem.  So I have created a new bug for this over in JRACLOUD-74526.  I have linked this as a regression of that past bug because it appears to match the description very closely.

Sorry there does not appear to be a work-around for that bug at this time, but I'd recommend watching this bug ticket as if there is a solution posted I would expect this ticket to be updated to reflect that.
