Adding Links in Service Registry text area

Hi,

I am using the Service Registry component and trying to add an external link to a Description. I have seen and tried a number of markup including [link | address ] however this doesn't seem to work. Could someone let me know if this is possible to do in the Service Registry please? Thanks in advance.
