Why name is not picked for some of the user from directory

Hi,

Some of the user are not having their name coming up and instead showing SSO number and need to be updated manually for public name.

Hey Mustafa,

Can you make sure that your identity provider has mapped all these attributes correctly:

http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname	User's first name
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/surname	User's last name
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/name,  OR http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/upn	Internal Id for the user that will not change. Note that this Id should NOT be the user's email address.

In your case here, make sure that http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname is correctly assigned to givenname
