I can´t see "issues" in "project settings" of my project. I need to change the workflow and not know how Start.

Go to Settings > Issues > Workflows
Tks John, as I said, I can't see Issues in my project settings, this is the problem. Another problem is: I can see "workflow" but it hasn´t the pencil in the rigth corner.
May be permisións ? I´ve the Administrator Resource y the project.

Are you a Jira Systems Administrator? Or just a project Administrator?
