As @Bibek_ikuTeam_ posted those are places to start. However, you will need to create your own documentation for how you have configured JIRA unless you left it alone.

I agree with @Joe Pitt ! @niranjan have to take a call on what and how much you want to feed them and based on that you can always create your own document. You can use the same document for years unless jira does a huge change to the basic functionality from user perspective, which is highly unlikely to happen!
