I have some users who are new to JIRA, but have JIRA accounts.
When they report issues, I want them to set certain values for assignee, sprint, and labels.
I am exploring the option of creating a custom URL for them, which on clicking, will open the Create Issue screen with these prepopulated values.
I figured out how to set the issuetype and project : https://companyname.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?issuetype=3&pid=projectid
Can someone tell me how to set the following?
- the assignee (to a specific person) - using "&assignee=assigneeid" didnt work
- the sprint (to current sprint) - using "&sprintid=sprintid"didnt work
- label (to a specific label) - using "&label=customlabel" didnt work
Is it possible to do this?
