Can you post a blog post (or other document) into multiple spaces at the same time?

Question

Is there a way to post a blog post post or other item into multiple spaces at the same time?

Paul Greig · Answer

Hi Zee,

Another alternative maybe to use the Blog Posts macro. This allows you to show a selection of blogs from a selection of spaces. The macro can display titles, excerpts or the entire blog posts. You can also filter on labels associated to each blog post.

Using the macro with the correct configuration would allow you to have any blog post appear in a separate space automatically.

Cheers,

Paul

Since you are in OnDemand adding plugins will not be possible. You may use Bob's Confluence CLI and try to automate this using some scripts.

Not out of the box.

This could be done via a custom plugin - would have to discuss or understand the UX desired a bit more - but would be kind of cool. info@appfusions.com if you need some help.
