Unable to find the status values Blocked, NA for test execution

Question

We are currently using the test execution for tracking the test case execution result.

This is how we are organizing test cases, from an execution standpoint in a print.

* User story has a mapping to Test cases
* Multiple user stories are mapped together to a test plan.
* A test plan is mapped to a test execution

Currently, we have the below status available to us to mark the test case execution status, in test execution.

* Passed
* To Do
* Executing
* Failed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                We need additional 2 status values, which can be used for tracking the executions more closely.* Blocked
* NA (Not Applicable)

Can you please help us with the same?

If you have additional questions on Jira Software itself, I can help you. This is the channel primary focus. Your questions are focus on the add-on. There maybe a chance that some has experience the same setup as you. The test management tools I have enjoy working with Jira are Zephyr, Testrail, and test link. Those can do exactly what you are trying to do.

Hello @Benjamin now that we have added couple of more Test execution status (Blocked and NA) could you also let us know how can these be reflected in Test coverage report?

Currently we are seeing the status as Passed, Failed and Other where the status "Other" includes Blocked, NA etc.

we are looking for individual test cases number with different status to be reflected on the coverage report.
