How come an issue is showing in my Board filter (Settings General Saved Filter)+ not on Board?

Question

I'm creating a new board. My board is pulling majority of Issues from Software Project A, and only one from Software Project B.

I've adjusted the filter query, to pull all items with team label X from both Software Projects (A and B) .

When I go to the Board view, I can't see the issue from Software Project B. However, when I go back to settings, it's clearly pulling from both Software projects (and, I can see the issue alongside the rest, on the left side of the page (under 'order by rank').

Any help is much appreciated.

The status is 'in progress', which already has a column on my board. Any other ideas?

Hi Monique - It is probably in a status that is not mapped to a column on your board.
