Can numbers be aligned at the right in Pivot Report?

Hi.
We use the Pivot Report. However, it is a bit inconvenient that the fields containing numbers are aligned at the left and not at right.

Is there any way to align at the right?

As it is shown here, numbers are aligned to the left.
