Create from Template Macro - Won't populate page

Question

Hi there,

When creating new page using "Create from template" macro using "new experience" template format, it refuses to populate new page from time to time and I cannot figure out what might be causing this.

Has anyone else experienced similar issue? And is there a workaround for this? Thanks.

@Sangyeon Won  Never seen this in our instance. What is the error? What about a screen shot?
