JQL Filter with the name of the request

Hi, 

 

I would like to write a JQL request to find all the tickets with a specific name. By name, I mean the following field : How can I find the name of this field in my JQL request ?

Hi Paul, welcome to the Community. It appears that field is associated with request types in JSD. 
Assuming that is the case here is the JQL to use. Edit as needed....

"Customer Request Type" = "Get IT help (FIT)"

the bold text is the field name for “Request type”. Don’t ask me why it is named differently from the display name. Change the request type to be what you want.
