2. How to remove the ability to delete files by other employees?

3. Is it possible to connect a daily notification of expired cases?

4. How to make a common calendar for all boards?

I can't answer that, you have not said what calendar app you are using to add calendars to boards

* What do you mean by "role distribution"?
* Edit the project permission scheme to set up who can delete
* Create a filter, and subscribe to it
* There is no function for this, boards do not have calendars
* I don't quite understand this one.  If you want to see what an employee has assigned, run a filter for "assignee = <person> and resolution is empty".  Across boards, you are going to have to add a quick filter to every one of them, but thats because boards are views of a selection of issues, and if you want to do searches and filters, you'll find that far eaiser in the search/filter functions.
* Not that I see, the ones I've used recently work in Safari and Firefox (and one fails in Chrome, although that was a few weeks back).  May depend on where your Gantt charts are coming from.  What App are you using for them?
