Description field Numbered list issue

While creating a Jira ticket with production issue category there is an shortcut for using numbered list in description.
This shortcut key is incorrectly displayed inside the tooltip.
It shows as "Command+Shift+N"

Actually it should be "Control+Shift+N".

I wonder if this is a customization and custom help text? I’m not familiar with this as stated. Also are you saying the shortcut is indeed CTRL when using Mac and PC alike?
