How do I view all my tasks across multiple projects in one place?

Intutiix

As someone who works across projects and not just within one, I would like to see all my tasks in one place without moving across projects to look at each sprint.

I don't want to combine projects into one, as we need a separation in projects and teams.

Please advise

I think the new Jira "your-work" Link in the new Jira navigation may be good enough for you.
It displays all the issues you are assigned to, sorted by "in Progress, Todo, ..."

Hi Joshua - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can do that by creating a board that uses a filter that includes all of the projects you work on. It would look something like: Project in (ABC, DEF, 123, 456)

Then attach the new filter to the new board.

Hey John, I tried this but when my board is created using the filter, no issues show up in the board. The filter is working as in the filters section I can see the issues, just not on the board created with the filter.

Do you have any idea what could I be doing wrong?]
Thanks!

Hi Francisco - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

First, you should always create new questions in Community so everyone will see them. When you post to a very old post, only a couple of people will see your question.

Something to look at is to make sure you actually change out the board filter that is associated with the board. A lot of times I will edit the filter from the board, make changes to it and save it with a different name. But when I come back to the board, I have to switch out the old filter for the new filter.

You have do not have that issues, then check the sub-filter for the board to make sure it is not further excluding issues.

Finally, if it is a Scrum board, there might be reasons that the issues do not show up there. You would need to be sure to create a Kanban board.
