"Project Settings" -- "Access" -- says "Private": how coud I change this Private?

Hi,

Two out of four projects we have on a Free Jira Cloud account (Next Gen Projects), when we go to "Project Settings" --> "Access" --> says "Private".  Result of that "Private someone we need to see the Backlog is not able to see it. The person has  ite Access so it's able to see all four projects on the main projects page.

Here some screenshots:

How could I change that "private" setting?

Do you have many issues in the private ones? Could you create a new project that is open and move the issues to the new one?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to click the "Change project access" botton?

And the part I have a hard time understanding is why two projects have that botton and the other two don't (as shown in my screenshot above)

Any thought?
