How can I set up two parallel transition from a status to another status with different conditions?

Hi,
I've noticed that there isn't the possiblity to set up two parallel transition from a status to another status. In particular, I need to create two transitions from a status to another characterized by different conditions: one must visualize a screen based on the condition and the other allow to move the ticket without any screen. How can I solve that problem?

Is there any way to resolve that without plugins?

Actually, as Joe Pitt answered, you can have multiple transitions from one status to another status, each one with its own condition.

I needed to implement a transition from X to Y, that pops up a screen to fill field Z, if it was empty. So I created two transitions, one with a Condition that Z is empty, which had a screen and a Validator that Z is not empty. Another transition was with a Condition that Z is not empty. This one didn't include a screen. This worked for me.

I have done this when an issue has a field already populated by using conditions. You add a condition to the transition and if it isn't satisfied the transition doesn't appear as an option. If you want to use a field the user fills in on the screen before clicking the transition you can use a validator (I'v never used that option).
