Problem importing issues on CSV file for new Project

Hi,

After some tests we made with JIRA, we asked JIRA team to reset our account which is already done.

Now we want to create some projects and import issues from CSV files, but only 4 JIRA fields are available in the import process. During the tests, we could find much more JIRA fields to map with our external CSV...

Do I have to configure anything on JIRA to access other JIRA fields ??? (KEY, COMPONENT, DESCRIPTION, ORIGINAL ESTIMATE , etc)

HI Manuel,

Just to be sure, are you importing the CSV file through the Issues » Import Issues from CSV link in the top Menu? If so, could you give it a try using the Import External Projects page inside the JIRA Administration instead - Administration » System » External System Import » Import from CSV?
