Why Azure pipelines for Jira not starting.

I have installed Azure Pipelines for JIRA and have connected to Azure DevOps projects. However the pluggin state is still "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?" Is there any work around this issue ?

Same issue for me to, is there another alternative or another extension that can allow me to link azure pipeline to jira
