App Integration for free, personal account?

Question

On a new, free, personal account, I click to view app integration options (looking for GitHub integration), which leads me to $my-team.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.jira.emcee/discover#!/discover

The message I get is:

Discover apps and integrations for Jira

Oops! Looks like something went wrong while initializing.

Hi Lee,

Thanks for reaching out to Community!

Testing on my free site, I was able to search for GitHub add-on normally. Also, reading about limitations on Cloud Free, GitHub is not listed, so you should be able to use it.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to know if you are able to search for add-ons or if this message appears right after you click on Find new apps.

Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode? If not, can you please test?

If the same issue happens, please, open the developer tools on your browser while opening the Find new apps page and check if it shows any error that may help us identify what is causing the issue. Feel free to paste the error message or send us a screenshot of the developer tools.

Regards,
Angélica
