Hope you are doing well! I need your help. Facing some issue of attachment after cloud to cloud migration. Let me explain step-by-step. Your help will be much appreciated.
1. Taken cloud backup (include attachment) from JIRA instance-A ONE and restore on another Cloud JIRA instance-B.
2. After restoration on cloud JIRA instance-B, Able to see all projects with related issues and attachment. So far so good.
3. Issue starts with Attachment on new cloud JIRA instance-B. Let me explain.
- Attachments are there with JIRA issue.
- When we download, Attachment file extension is missing and also name of attachment is missing after download. It’s just downloaded with some ID (ex: 5643)
- If we rename the file (5643) to correct attachment (5643.xlsx) then it is working correctly and able to see content.
- Also filename on attachment thumbnail is missing and has something like /data/attachment...
