WHen I use Schedule and CROn functions, how can I handle Public holidays ?

It's not something I've come across.
Cron doesn't handle public holidays well as these can differ between country, province and even company.
You'd usually script Cron to refer to another file or database which governs workdays and take action accordingly - but this isn't an option on Automation for Jira as far as I'm aware.
