Gantt chart with estimated time vs final time

Hi everybody!

Is there in Jira (or in a Jira plugin) a Gantt chart with estimated time and final time for every resource?

I'm searching for something like this:

here every resource has a color and every ticket has 2 rows:

• the first for estimate time
• the second for final time.

I'm searching for something like this.
