I want to assign a story to Developer and a tester, so they both own it, i there any solution ?

I need to assign the story in JIRA ro a Devloper and to a tester so they both own the progess of it untill Done.

do we have any idea how to handle ?

JIRA only allows one user to be assigned to an issue. This is a very old request, going back before 2017, that I don't will believe will every be incorporated. You can add a user picker field to add the secondary user, but only one user will see it in the assigned to me list.

I completely agree with this.

If you name two (or more) people who might be responsible, you have introduced confusion and uncertainty, which is, ultimately, a time (and hence money) waster.

To keep this simple, in your case, I would:

Scream that the "assignee" is the person to talk to
Add a "developer" user-picker field
Add a "tester" user-picker field

Automate who is assigned at the various steps in the workflow - flip the assignee to the developer or tester content as appropriate.

it not ma tter of reponsibility, unless its about communication enhancement between the team, so if the developer need to ask about something in his story, he can see who is the tester with him. so he can go directly to him instead of asking and redirecting to who.....
