Intermittent Transition Error - Active Sprints Column Draggin'

I have two columns - "waiting for test" & "testing"

I have two statuses - "waiting for test" & "testing"

I have role based permissions. QA Lead can transition from and to either column in the workflow.

 

When I go to the active sprints board and start dragging an issue from one column to another and back to the first column, occasionally when doing that (mostly advancing in the workflow as opposed to going back), I see the following error:

 

"Something isn't letting us move [Issue Key] to [Column/Status Name]. Ask  your project admin...."

 

Upon the next try - everything is peachy. Case transitions as expected.

 

Again, this is an intermittent issue, but I can make it happen by dragging back and forth for less than 30 seconds.

Hi Boris,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I am afraid I do not have an explanation for the behavior you have reported.  That does not sound like it should be working that way.  I have created a support request on your behalf with our Cloud support team over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-564212

I think it will be necessary for them to take a closer look at your Cloud environment to try to understand and resolve this problem.
