New Tempo Timesheets accounts not available in Jira Software projet Account custom field

Hi everyone,

When I create a new account in Tempo Timesheets it takes several hours or days for this new account to be available in my Jira project Account custom field.

I made sure that my new account and Jira project are linked in both locations: Tempo Account and Jira Project settings.

It used to take make 2 or 3 minutes to sync before a new account is available. Now nothing happens... I even tried to link/unlink the account. Sometimes it work but after several hours.

I just can't wait hours before my team can log hours in a new project.

Do you have any solutions for this?

It shouldn't take that long for sure! And it's an awful UX for sure.
