Comment is Public

I'm trying to build a rule in "Automation for Jira" app where a condition is the Comment is Public. I'm not able to find it.

Using the built-in "Automation" app from Atlassian this condition is available in drop down.

Anyone know how I can set this value in the "Automation for JIRA" app?
