Sorting backlog by Story points in Classic Kanban project

Hi, 

I'm trying to sort my backlog by story points. I've created a JQL search and saved that as a quick filter in my backlog view. But the search is not behaving the same way in the search function and in the backlog. In the search function the story points are sorted perfectly in an ascending order but when I click on my "Sorted by Story Point" view in my backlog they are not....

This is the JQL string I'm using: 

project = TTD AND status = Backlog ORDER BY "Story Points" ASC

Indeed, the order selected by the quick filters of boards does not supersede the order set in the board default filter when it is ordered by Rank.

Although this is expected behavior, we have a feature request to improve it and allow the order selected in the quick filter to be applied:

Backlog quick filters should have the ability to supersede default filter 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

As a workaround, you have the following options:

1 - Disable the ORDER BY Rank in your board filter

2 - Use a JQL filter or a different board to achieve the view you are looking for
