Annoying popup over project drop down list

This has been driving me nuts for weeks

i am using google chrome

when i go to click on the project drop down, instead of seeing the recent project list i get this garbage search terms pop up over them

is there a fix for this?

thanks i didnt know that existed

earing Autofill Data in Chrome

Click the Chrome menu icon. ...
Click on History, then click on History again in the menu that appears.
Select Clear browsing data. ...
At the top, choose “the beginning of time” option to clear all saved data.
Make sure that the “Clear saved Autofill form data” option is checked
